Ben Goodhard - Broker
Ben has been working the real estate industry since 2015. He got his start as a licensed property manager, overseeing multi-family redevelopment and leasing in Bozeman. In 2017 he added his salesperson license and hit the ground running, closing over 40 transactions since attaining his license. In 2021, Ben gained the experience and knowledge to become a Broker. He added the Supervising Broker endorsement and founded Scout Real Estate in 2022, based on the idea of providing top level service and in depth market knowledge to clients interested investing in real estate. Ben has experience managing all types of transactions, ranging from large commercial properties to single family homes and land. He enjoys working with clients and protecting their best interest is his top priority.
Reese Milner - Agent
After being born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Reese graduated Cum Laude from The University of Southern California with a focus in Real Estate Development. He is co-founder of Boulder River Capital a real-estate investment, development, and management company located in Bozeman, MT.
He served as Chief Financial Officer for a private REIT with approximately $320 million in equity and $1 billion in assets. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at a large privately held mortgage bank.
Reese transitioned to real estate sales in 2021 and is a partner at Scout Real Estate. He specializes in commercial real estate and finance.
D. Carson Cowles IV
Leasing and Management
After being born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Carson graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is co-founder of Boulder River Capital, a real-estate investment, development, and management company located in Bozeman, MT.
He is also currently a managing partner at Dutton Development, a private real estate holding company, which manages two large commercial buildings in Bozeman. Dutton Development was co-founded in 2015, with its first major project being the development of a 15,000 sq. ft. commercial building in downtown.
His previous work experiences include owning and operating a $4 million/year company, Wild West Shirt Co., which he sold in 2019. He also has extensive experience in financial analysis, operations, and project management.
Carson is a partner at Scout Real Estate and oversees our management arm, BRC Properties. He holds a property management license and is an expert in commercial leasing.
